Xolisile “Nano” Ngwane – Executive Director: A dynamic and strategic leader with over 23 years of experience in community development, training, and project management.
As the Executive Director at M’th’omkhulu Consulting, Nano spearheaded the strategic direction and operational management of the organization, leading initiatives that advanced community development and capacity building on a national scale. She was responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple high-impact projects while fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government entities, private sector partners, and NGOs.
Under her leadership, M’th’omkhulu Consulting expanded its influence and impact, particularly in areas of education, healthcare, and institutional capacity building.
